With 15 years of post-graduate experience, I've had the privilege of offering psychotherapy to individuals and families throughout Florida. My work has encompassed a range of meaningful experiences, from assisting families involved with child protective services, to providing counseling to caregivers and guidance on parenting. Additionally, I've worked closely with both male and female survivors of domestic abuse.
Currently, I am focused on helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, and the complexities of preserving self-identity in the workplace.
My approach centers around you, the client. I'm here to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your ability to effect positive change in your life. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to therapy, and I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs. Therapy is undoubtedly a journey that may require effort and at times, prove challenging, but the rewards are well worth it.
I look forward to starting this journey with you.
